National Precision Engineering Specialist Programme
An opportunity to gain work experience, upgrade skills and academic qualification and also enjoy training allowance over and above your regular salary package in recognition of your growing PE capability!
Participants in the specialist programme will:
Be employed by a sponsoring company;
Undergo a five-year part-time training and education programme;
Receive training allowances totaling $20,000 over and above the regular salary package;
Be fully sponsored for approved upgrading courses.

Precision Engineering WSQ specialist training courses conducted by SPETA
Part-time Precision Engineering Diploma Course conducted by Nanyang Polytechnic
Eligibility criteria for individuals:
You are currently working in a PE/PE-related company or are considering future career options in PE
You have completed/exempted from National Service *
You have graduated from a relevant course or completed National Service for not more than five years, whichever is later
You are a citizen or permanent resident of Singapore
You are able to meet the admissions requirements to the Nanyang Polytechnic part-time PE diploma course
