Be able to select your own candidates and place them through the five-year programme to receive the necessary skills and academic training to enhance your company’s capabilities;
Attract, develop and retain a group of local talents who will have the potential to become the next generation of staff holding key appointments in your company;
Receive funding support from Spring Singapore and WDA for the training allowances and course fees;
Recruit trainees through regular recruitment exercises.
Sponsoring companies will be required to:
Provide full-time employment to the trainees;
Extend training allowance totaling $20,000 over and above the regular salary package to each trainee;
Fully sponsor and release trainees for approved upgrading courses.

Eligibility criteria for companies:
You seek to strengthen your company’s competencies and capabilities by attracting and developing a strong pool of PE talents
Your company is involved in the PE or PE-related business/activities
Your company must be registered or incorporated and physically present in Singapore
Eligibility criteria for trainees:
Currently working in a PE/PE-related company or are considering future career options in PE
Completed/exempted from National Service *
Have graduated from a relevant course or completed National Service for not more than five years, whichever is later
Citizens or permanent residents of Singapore
