Space Application

Hereby applies for a total of square metres of stand space.
(NB: Please indicate total stand required. Please note that final stand space allocated will be at the sole discretion and right of the Association).

Application for Participation

Agrees that in consideration of the Association processing this application, it shall keep its offer to participate in the Trade Fair open for a duration of at least 30 days.

The Assocation may reject this application if payment of the Participation Fee is not received.
If additional stand space above the standard space allocation is applied for, the extra payment for the same is due and payable within 2 weeks upon notification or space allocation whichever is earlier, if any, by the Association.

Terms and Conditions of Trade Fair Participation

The Participant agrees that on the Association's acceptance of the Participant's application, the parties shall be irrevocably bound by the terms and conditions, and that no further communication is required to create the contract.
