Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Participant understands and agrees that this sum is non-refundable. The Participant is aware that if the Participation Fee is not received, its application to participate in the Mission will NOT be considered by the Association.

a) Company's Brochures (2 sets);
b) One good colour transparency of the Participant's product/service(s) (Negatives are NOT acceptable);
c) One passport-size colour photo of the Participant's representative in formal dress

Terms and Conditions of Trade Mission Participation

In applying for participation at the Mission, the Participant agrees that the Association reserves the right to select participants for the Mission, assign space and/or determine items to be promoted during the Mission. The Participant further agrees that in the event it is not selected to participate in the Mission, the Association is not obliged to give any reasons for the non-selection.
