The policy making body of SPETA is its management council which comprises of 25 elected members and several advisors representing the Economic Development Board, International Enterprise Singapore, Singapore Institute of Standard & Industrial Research and tertiary institutions.
The management council is elected once every two years. The elected council members will elect office bearers, namely, Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Honorary Secretary and Chairman of various sub-committees.
The day-to-day running of the Association is handled by the full time secretariat headed by an Executive Director.
